Modular-Lab PharmTracer has been specifically designed to allow versatile radiopharmaceutical routine production. It also allows for the development of new radiopharmaceuticals.
The system was designed to meet producer’s demands when labelling tracers on a routine daily routine basis, making both production time and the costs as efficient as possible. The use of one-way sterile cassettes ensures easy handling through click ‘n’ start technology.
The PharmTracer modules come in three different sizes accommodating the complexity of different synthesis processes. Cassettes with two, four or six manifolds are available, all with three stopcocks. An intuitive graphical interface is used to control the synthesis process.
The GMP manufactured one-way sterile cassettes avoid intense cleaning and sanitation routines. By changing the cassette multiple syntheses of various tracers can be performed with one Modular Lab PharmTracer system. The synthesis process is programmed by the manufacturer therefore making additional programming unnecessary. The PharmTracer’s multifunctionality supports routine production of numerous radiopharmaceuticals like FDG, Ga-68 DOTA peptides, Lu-177-DOTA peptides, Y-90-DOTA peptides, C-11 Methionine, C-11 Choline etc.
Modular Lab PharmTracer can be combined with all existing Modular Lab modules. The user interface is easy to programme by dragging and dropping the graphical symbols. It is compliant with GMP, cGMP, GLP and GAMP 5 requirements. Parameters such as temperature, activity, UV detector readings, flow rates, or valve settings can be monitored in one window. Reports containing all relevant data and information are created automatically after each run. The Modular-Lab PharmaTracer is manufactured by Eckert and Ziegler and distributed in the UK by Imaging Equipment Ltd. Posted on 07 Sep 2009
